The project is carried out by "Shelter" organization and "Golden Pelican" movement with the support of Philipp Morris Management Services company. The project provides hot food for homeless and poor St. Petersburgers at various locations. First portions of food were handed out to the needy near the "Shelter" building on Sinopskaya Embankment, 26. The raid's main goal is to provide mobile humanitarian aid to persons who are living beyond the edge of poverty. The necessity for such projects arises due to insufficient social support of the poor.
