A memorandum on the specifics of converting Russia's debt to Germany will be discussed at the summit. The participants of the meeting have not been fully determined from either side. According to German experts, 17 pilot projects for presentation at the summit have already been worked out. Their total cost is 5 billion Deutsche Marks. Two projects among these are considered most promising: an investment plan by IKEA furniture corporation's German affiliate and joint plans of Gazprom and Ferrostahl companies to build a methane factory in Arkhangelsk.
