Union leaders meet in St. Petersburg.

Results of last five years of work will be summarized, plans will be set for the future. Current head of the Federation Garry Lysyuk believes that over the past years professional unions were able to hold back the growth of prices and of communal service tariffs, and to protect the working man's rights on many occasions. Over the five-year period nearly 600 suit cases on the issue of collecting wage payments from employers have been won. A new anthem of St. Petersburg professional unions will be played before the beginning of the meeting.
