Sixth "Russian Advertizement Days 2001" festival was held near St. Petersburg. Advertizement agencies from many regions of Russia participated in this festival. Over a period of four days master classes, presentations and round tables, reflecting the current state of advertizement business in Russia, were conducted. A fruitful dialogue between advertizers and representatives of the legislative branch of government took place. The new Advertizement Code of Russia was signed by the majority of the festival's participants at a time when amendments to the country's law on advertizement are expected at the State Duma.
