His Highness's present visit will revolve mostly around St. Petersburg's homeless people. Yesterday Prince Michael visited "Shelter" charity fund, where he has had a personal talk with many of its inhabitants. The fund is known far outside St. Petersburg and even Russia. It has become the first non-governmental organization in our country to assist the homeless professionally. The fund has been conducting negotiations with Prince Michael for a year, and now His Highness is planning to officially declare his support of the fund at a charity meeting in Oktyabrsky Concert Hall.
