This claim was made by the governmental department of information. An organizing committee headed by Vice Premier Viktor Khristenko has been formed. The committee includes such government officials as Minister of Economic Development and Trade German Gref, Deputy Chief of the Presidential Administration Dmitry Kozak, and Minister of Justice Yuri Chaika.
