Despite the fact that Kamenny Island is a landmark of the art of park planning, City Administration has made a decision to allow limited construction on its territory in order to "take it out of a 10-year-long stagnation". 3 historic buildings will be restored in their initial appearance in the course of reconstruction.Photo by S.
