C:Мои документыб This project, conducted in Catherine's Palace in Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin), aims at reviving the tradition of charity balls in Russia. It is planned to use the money received from this project to restore the once-famous "Station" concert hall in Pavlovsk as an international cultural centre of the 21st century.
