Two turnpikes opened in Pargolovo settlement area, where St. Petersburg's Circular Highway meets Vyborgskoye Shosse. An additional turnpike will be built in the area in the future. The turnpikes allow transport to pass in perpendicular directions without intersecting on one level. Governor Vladimir Yakovlev and Vice Governor Valery Malyshev participated in the opening ceremony.
