A delegation of Mercosur Joint Parliamentary Commission, currently visiting Russia by invitation of the State Duma, will arrive in St. Petersburg from Moscow today at noon. Mercosur is the integrational union of Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay, aimed at strenthening cooperation among these countries. Paraguay is currently heading this organization. The guests will spend two days in St. Petersburg. Meetings with General Secretary of the Interparliamentary Assembly's Council Mikhail Krotov, with colleagues from the Legislative Assembly and with representatives of the City Administration are planned. Parliament members will also accquaint thermselves with landmark sites in St. Petersburg, Tsarskoye Selo and Pavlovsk. Source: RBC.
