International "White Nights Folio" book fair opened in Mikhailovsky Manege. Book publishers and traders and library workers from 40 regions of Russia are participating in it. Three practical science conferences: "What Will Children Read in the 21st Century?", "Third Millenium Textbook" and "Book as a Reserve of the Nation's Historical Memory", are included in the program of the fair.
