There will be 447 rooms, offices and health centers, shops and night club. Facade facing Vosstanya square will be reconstructed – glass dome will be added. There are plans to open a restaurant there.

In December the hotel is going to celebrate its 150 anniversary may be that is why hotel tries to look younger and to attract new clients. Ideed all is done on its own money without investors and even without closing the hotel.
