Moscow and St. Petersburg are among ten most expensive cities in the world (2nd and 10th correspondingly). According to the research of Italian sociological agency "William Mercier", the first place is as usual occupied by Tokyo, and the third - by Hongkong. Asian megapolises are an absolute majority in this pseudoelite list of cities with the most tough living conditions. Apart from Moscow and St. Petersburg, the list is "diluted" only by New York which takes 8th place. As for five most expensive cities in Europe, London, Copenhagen and Paris are at the top of expensiveness. Vienna and Dublin follow them.
