Annual event "Window on the Netherlands'" will be held on September 24-26 in the House of Scientists. It is organised by the General Consulate of the Netherlands with support of the Saint Petersburg Administration and Leningrad Region Government, Ecological North West Line reported. The program includes cultural events, meetings of Russian and Dutch politicians and specialists in the field of environmental protection. It is planning to conduct several ecological conferences initiated and organised by the DCMR Environmental Protection Agency (Rotterdam, the Netherlands).

Conference 'Solving ecological problems in the North-West of Russia' will be dedicated to the region's problems on the whole. Many Russian and Dutch politicians, representatives of the Russian and Dutch Ministries of Defense and scientists-ecologists have already confirmed their participation in the conference.
