A gravestone in the memory of employees of The State Hermitage died at the fronts of the Great Patriotic War was set up at the Piskarevskoe Memorial Cemetry. On the eve of the 60-th anniversary of the beginnig of the blockade of Leningrad Mikhail Piotrovsky, the Director of The State Hermitage, along with his colleagues placed a wreath on a gravestone.
