The contest's participants are students of PR, advertisement, journalism and sociology departments. Young specialists will get an opportunity to meet potential employers and to found the basis for their future career. The first – regional – stage is taking place in more than 20 cities and regions of Russia. During the second stage Expert Council in Moscow will choose 20 best projects that will reach the final in January-February.

Winners will be awarded in November 2001 in St. Petersburg.
