Finland's Prime Minister To Visit St. Petersburg.

Finland's prime minister Paavo Lipponen is going to come to St. Petersburg with his spouse Paivi Sunday, September 23. P. Lipponen will participate in a conference upon developing the Baltic sea basin. 300 people are expected to take part in the conference which is held for the third time.
