Presentation of Russian edition of Alexander Rar's book “Vladimir Putin. “A German man” in Kremlin” was held in Palace of Kochubey.

Alexander Rar is a famous German political scientist of Russian origin, one of the leading members of German society of foreign politics. In the book he tries to answer the question who Vladimir Putin is – a “dark horse” or a man able to lead Russia out of crisis.
