Ceremonial Assembly of World Club of Petersburgers that opened its 11th season, was held in Menshikov Palace. The Club's primary aim is a spiritual renaissance of our city. Its president Mikhail Piotrovsky spoke of the Club's participation in the city's cultural life, of new plans and projects. Famous mountaineer, Honorary citizen of St. Petersburg Mikhail Bobrov became the Club's new member. This year he mountaineered Elbrus where he delivered the Club's pennant.
