V St. Petersburg's Beauty festival will be held in “Oktiabrsky” Concert Hall October 2-4. Many Petersburg's beauty shops will participate in the festival; hairdressers will compete in the colour design competition, creating haircuts for high routs. One of the festival's participants – Anna Mikhaylova – is going to hold a record: make 300 hairdos in 12 hours. During all three days of the festival “Oktiabrsky” visitors will be able to meet masters of style and cosmetologists, look in the “Beauty drugstore”.
