Pupils of four schools of Viborgsky and Kalininsky districts scavenged 20 hectares of “Sosnovka” park. The action was organized by St. Petersburg office of Greenpeace. Plastic bottles and tins were sent for recycling. Greenpeace is going to continue the city's parks scavenging using the system of a so called selectional collecting, i.e. a separate collection of garbage suitable for recycling.
