According to Eugene Prigojin, “Agate” founder, the fast food system's menu will offer traditional Russian cuisine: pancakes, chops, potatoes with mushrooms. “Pancake-Donalds” are directed at people with low income and will compete with more expensive fast food restaurants, such as “McDonalds”.
