Jorje Sampayo, President of Portugal, will visit St. Petersburg October 28-29. The visit's program provides for Mr. Sampayo's meeting with St. Petersburg's Governor V. Yakovlev, a rich cultural and business program. President of Portugal is accompanied by a delegation of businessmen that involves 49 directors of leading Portuguese companies. Presidents of 4 largest Portuguese banks and investing companies will also arrive to St. Petersburg.
