Vice-premier Valentina Matvienko and Governor Vladimir Yakovlev opened Fair of projects and services of non-commercial organizations in Mikhaylovsky Manege. Some 100 companies were introducing their work to the Petersburgers for wo days. The fair's visitors could consult specialist of pedagogigs, psichology, medicine out of charge. Social workers, ecologists, lawers were helding receptions here.
