V.A. Jakovlev has awarded high and secondary school students with diplomas of St. Petersburg scholars of 2001-2002 school year in Smolny today. Diplomas have been presented to the best students of 44 high schools and 80 colleges of the city. Among St.Petersburg scholars are 7 from neighbouring foreign countries.
