The results of the open architectural competition “St. Petersburg's Marine Facade” (draft proposals on building-up of several blocks on Vasilyevsky Island and designing of the central part on Morskaya (“Marine”) Embankment) have been announced. The winner is a group of architects headed by Timofey Sadovsky. According to this project, a building 145 m high will be constructed on Vasilyevsky Island.
