The lead product-carrier of 47 400 DWT to be built for Sovkomflot has been laid down at Admiralty Yards. Nine similar product-carriers had been built at a Croatian shipyard by the order of Sovkomflot and have proved themselves good. Minister of Transport Sergey Frank and St. Petersburg's Governor Vladimir Yakovklev took part in the ceremony.
