Celebrations will be begun at 11.00 a.m by the big dramatized representation with participation of military barss bands, summary chorus of seamen, cadets of sea institute, fancy-dress mimes, theatre of ancient dance and children's choreographic ensemble. There also will be the ceremony of start-up of fountains with pyrotechnic effects and fireworks. At 12 to bottom of a monument to Peter I there will be laying the flowers. After that on the Big Cascade of the Bottom park there will be the concert of military brass bands which will last till closing park.
