August, 7 at the Moscow station solemn transfer of the new electric train to the October railway was held.The train was bought at the expense of the budget of Saint Petersburg. It is the fourth train of the Torzhkovsky carriage-building factory, bought by city in 2002. This year the government of city plans to continue financing updating of a rolling stock of suburban transportations. For these purposes it is provided to spend 300 million roubles of the city budget.
