The initiative of realization of a holiday which is held September, 14 on the Ostrovsky square, belongs to the largest suppliers of milk and dairy products of Northwest of Russia. Passage of a brass band äóőîâîăî from street of Architect Rossi around Ekaterininsky garden, along the Nevsky prospect will anticipate opening of the holiday. The governor of Saint Petersburg, representatives of administrations of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region, and also representatives of general partners of a holiday: Open Societies “Petmol", “Sevzapmoloko”, “Petroholod” will take part in ceremony of solemn opening of the dairy festival on a stage before the Alexandrinsky theatre.
Pop, dancing and circus collectives of city will perform in the big concert program of festival. Near to Ekaterininsky garden the stage "Karaoke on-piterski" will work. On a stage of cafe "Extreme public catering" visitors can take part in the entertaining program. The special place on festival will be allocated to children. For them "Dairy city" will be built of cans. In this city the real cows, goats and hens will be brought. Memorable prizes and gifts will be handed to the most active participants of the holiday.
