Organizers of the action are City Administration, Assotiation “Bakers of Saint-Petersburg” and the state centre "Bread". 34 enterprises of the grain industry of Northwest region will take part in the holiday, including 15 members of Association, and also more than 20 regional food enterprises. The main object of the Bread Holiday - to glorify Saint Petersburg bakers and to show their achievement to city dwellers. The holiday will begin from procession of bakers. Then action will be developed on stages where there will be concerts of variety performers and folklore collectives. The last year more than 3 thousand townspeople have visited the holiday. Organizers hope, that this year the number of visitors will be much more.
