Leaders of 45 states of Europe, Asia and America will visit St. Petersburg during the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the northern capital (a popular name of the former capital of Tsarist Russia). The celebrations can cause some traffic problems, for instance, the access to the central part of the city during the G8 summit will be limited, Federation Council Speaker Sergei Mironov told journalists on Friday. The main jubilee events will be held at the Constantine Palace. Its reconstruction will be accomplished in April 2003, Mironov said.
