The opening of the “ flower clock” in the Alexander’s Garden The opening of the “flower clock” – anniversary present from Geneva to Saint-Petersburg - took place on the 3 of July in the Alexander’s Garden on the Petrogradskaya side. This sweden city presented to the “northern capital” a copy of its main sight. In the inauguration took part the Mayor of Geneva Khristian Ferracino and the Vice-governor of Saint-Petersburg Alexander Beglov.
