The Director of Arctic & Antarctic Research Institute Ivan Frolov, the minister of Natural Environment of Norway and the director of Norwegian Polar Institute Olaf Orhame opened the Russia-Norwegian Laboratory named in honor of the Legendary Norwegian Research Craft “Fram” in Arctic & Antarctic Research Institute of Rosgidromet. The joint lab is called upon for the climate research in the European Part of Arctic.
