“The Silver Ring” has more prospects in comparison with “The Golden Ring of Russia”, because there are a lot of architecture monuments in the North -West district,” – said Matvienko during the briefing. In her opinion, if the “Silver Ring” is attached by a federal status, more tourists will come into the district. “It will promotes the development of tourist business and, in a consequence, will lead to the creation of new working places,” – she said.
