Cycle race Paris – Saint-Petersburg “Nevsky Tandem” in which the blind and partially sighted French cyclists participated, finished off on the Palace Square. 53 participants of the race, 17 of them are blind and partially sighted, started yesterday from the Eifel Tower in Paris.
The initiators of the action are the members of the French Association of the blind named after Valentin Hauy. The cycle race has been organized by the St. Petersburg Special Olympic Committee, St. Petersburg Administration, and the General Consular of France.
