Under the rules of the competition, every student in a class must sign an obligation that he or she will not smoke for six months. If the dropout rate ex ceeds 10 percent of students in a class, the class is disqualified.
Classes that stay smoke-free will be able to participate in a lottery with prizes ranging from 3,000 to 30,000 rubles ($99 to $990), the agency reported.
