As the managing director of the Centre of Humanitarian and Business Cooperation A. Ebralidze reported, it was planned to sell the former House of writers located in Shpalernaya street (A. Sheremetjev’s mansion) by the end of 2004. The mansion passed to the ownership of the Centre of Humanitarian and Business Cooperation after the investment conditions have been carried out in the autumn 2003. Restoration works on the building come to an end and the building will be sold to a large international company which is going to use the premises as its Saint-Petersburg’s representative office or as a business centre.
