New St. Petersburg tourist card has been issued to provide those who travel to St.Pete with the complex of first-class services at the discount prices.
The tourist card has been developed by "Nevka" travel company with the support of the city Administration. It will be sold at railway stations, airport terminals, in museums and galleries, also in souvenir shops and public toilets. Three types of tourist cards will be introduced - for one day, three days and five days. They will cost respectively 30 USD, 50 USD and 70 USD and have original design.
Each card will provide for the free entrance to most of the city's museums and art galleries, reduced prices at some souvenir shops, free journey in the city's public transport (bus, tram, trolley bus and metro) and will also facilitate the acquaintance with local citizens in general and Russian girls in particular.
Originally designed blue and pink tourist cards have been specially introduced for gay and lesbian travellers to the city.
