The Northwest border control department plans to open several tourist resorts on islands in the Gulf of Finland where now border guards are stationed.
15:22 Second Kempinski hotel to open in Saint-Petersburg
A second five-star Kempinski hotel is set to open in the city by the end of 2004. The hotel will be located in a renovated 19th-century historical building on the Moika embankment near the Hermitage.
