BodÝ Graduate School of Business at BodÝ University College, Norway, and Baltic State Technical University, Russia, have been cooperating closely since 1991. The institutions are today cooperating through several research- and educational projects. In September 2006 they celebrate 15 years of cooperation with a conference in St. Petersburg.
The main objective of the conference is to discuss visions and challenges for cooperation between Norway and Russia in higher education and research, especially in the field of business and management. Among the key note speakers are the Russian Minister of Education and Research Andrey Fursenko and the Norwegian Minister of Education and Research ōystein Djupedal .

The cooperation between BodÝ Graduate School of Business and Baltic State Technical University has since 2003 been supported through the Cooperation Programme with Russia.
