tram The city will celebrate 100 years of its trams in 2007.

The history of St. Petersburg’s tram system will be depicted in the form of models on show at Central Museum of the Railway Transport, one of the oldest technology museums in the world. For decades, St. Petersburg had the biggest tram infrastructure in the world, NTV said quoting Itar Tass news agency.
