Ruukki will supply metal structures for the stands of the Zenith football stadium in Saint-Petersburg in amount of EUR100 million. The Saint-Petersburg government acts as the investor of the project. This will be the largest supply of Rautaruukki in its whole history. Total weight of the metal structures will be 23 thousand tons. The metal structures will be manufactured at Ruukki plants in Obninsk and Balabanovo and by Ruukki partners. The height of the largest structures will be 50 m and weight - over 60 tons. Metal of Russian suppliers will be most used.
