St. Petersburg got in top 100 of the best travel destinations by the social network TripAdvisor that unites over 6 million tourists around the world. TripAdvisor website is monthly visited by 25 million people. The list of top 100 travel destinations was made up by analyzing preferences of the web-resource visitors and data on what destinations look most interesting to them. The results were also based on the visitors` comments and reports about their trips on the forums.
St. Petersburg turned to be the only Russian city to get in top 100 of the best travel destinations and took the 63rd position on the list.
