Reconstruction of railway bridges over the Obvodnoy canal will improve the transport situation in the city. Total project cost amounts to 4.5 billion rubles.

When the railroad bridges will be renovated, the city will be able to start work on deepening and broadening of the road embankments of Obvodnoy canal.

We must recall that the reconstruction of railway bridges began in 2007, and the general contractor - a branch of RZhDstroy in St. Petersburg is expected to complete all the works by the end of 2009.
