The album was conceived on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of Saint-Petersburg and represents photos of those streets, lanes and quays on which Dostoevsky' s characters wandered. Works by Lyudmila Volkova are accompanied by fragments of the writer's novels. It is supposed that in her future albums Lyudmila Volkova will also reproduce St. Petersburg in Pushkin's, Gogol's, Blok's and others Russian writers' works.
