Masquerade eyeglasses will become a pass for 600 VIP's who will be able to attend this exclusive concert. The event is organized by Carthier House and Alpha Bank. Six hundred Russian viewers will be selected on the basis of most contributions to the restoration of St. Petersburg. A hundred more viewers will be personal guests of Elton John.
