The festival's concerts will be conducted in various city locations. Such Russian performers as "Stars of Moscow Jazz", "Synthesis Band" orchestra from Kazan, and "Prestige" quartet will participate in it. Foreign jazzmen, including a quartet of New York musicians, Leonid Ptashka's trio from Israel and Andrzei Jagodzinski's trio from Poland will also become the festival's guests.
