The festival is organized by PRO ÀÐÒÅ Institute with the support of Ford's Fund. It helrs help public to regarde museum expositions in a new fashion. Projects from Moscow, St.Petersburg and Cologne ("Hair string " by Alexey Kostroma, "Definition Blok's number definition" by Dmitry Prigov, " Genetic gymnastics " by Aristarch Chernyshov and Vladislav Efimov) are exhibited in 11 city museums.
