The event is dated for the North capital's tercenery celebration.

This is a massive alfresco musical instrument which size is 27 metres, it has 23 automatic bells with a computer control and 18 Russian bells. The instrument has almost unlimited abilities to perform various compositions, both Russian and world classics, sacred and modern popular music, and is able to sound within a radius of 500-600 metres.
